Return Policy

Standard Stock Items:

  • May be returned within 45 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new condition, not show any signs of being used with all original packaging.
  • Standard stock items will not be charged a restock fee.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and the original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Stock Items:

  • Will be subject to the manufacturers return policy and may be subject to a restock fee of up to 30%.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and the original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For any questions regarding the return policy and restock fees for a particular item, please contact customer service.

Custom Products:

  • Custom products are NOT returnable.
  • These items are clearly marked as NON-Returnable on the website

How To Begin The Return Process:

  1. Contact customer service (800-354-3887 or [email protected]) to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization).
    1. RMA requests make take up to 1-3 days to process.
    2. Once processed, you will receive an email with your RMA reference number and instructions on how and where the item is to be returned.
      1. Unless an item was shipped in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and the original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

My order arrived damaged, incorrect or missing items:

  • If your order was delivered via Our Truck, FedEx, UPS, or USPS, please contact customer service at 800-354-3887 and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • If your order was delivered via LTL / Common Carrier Freight
    • Please refuse the delivery of any damaged items and have the driver note the refused items on the Bill of Lading.
    • If you have any missing pieces that are listed on the packing slip for the shipment, please have the driver note the missing items on the Bill of Lading.
    • Please notify us as soon as possible of the damage or missing items at 800-354-3887.
    • Please note that if you sign the bill of lading acknowledging your order as being received in good condition you will have no recourse for damage or shortages.
